Would like to see if there is a way that I can post volunteer needs for the American Cancer Society’s Relay For Life Event scheduled for Saturday May, 15, 2010 at Page High School. We need volunteers for set-up that morning and to run some entertainment games and activities all day long. What do I need to do to get this information published on your website?

I ran the race last weekend. At the post race, I noticed you had water in plastic bottles, but no garbage cans marked as”recyclables”. All the trash AND bottles went in together. Either you sorted them out, or you sent them with the trash, which goes to a landfill in Troy. This is against a state ordinance, inacted in Oct, 2009. But it galls me on an ethical level, I could go on about the many ways recycling benefits the community, and you are a community organization. So where did the bottles go? Also, I got someone involved in the race to move some women(3) from near the front of the race who were pushing strollers. Running edicate and common sense should rule, the strollers are hard to run around and cannot manuver quickly in a crowd, which runners sometimes have to do. Also, the race started very late, you could work on that while you are at it. Got a year to get it right before 2011.
