Potter’s House Community Kitchen: Prepare and serve a meal for an average of 350 guests on selected weekday or weekend mornings.

Emergency Assistance Program:

Interview people seeking emergency food or financial assistance for rent or utilities.
Greet people and direct them to the appropriate program.
Answer phone calls and give people necessary information to apply for assistance.
Retrieve information using the computer.
Serve as food runners to help families get groceries from the Food Bank to cars.
Clothing Bank: Receive and sort donated clothing and small household items. Help people find needed items.
Pathways Family Center:
Prepare and serve evening meals or week-end brunches to the 16 resident families. Children’s activities and Bible study classes for both children and adults may be offered at the same time.
Tutor children in the computer lab weekdays from 4-6 pm.

Weaver House Shelter:

Food Bank:
Sort donated food items, fill grocery bags for emergency food orders, and oversee food distribution to other non-profit organizations.
Partnership Village: Need congregation or civic club to help St Stephen Ministry prepare and serve meals on the first or third Monday evening of the month. Also join in fellowship and worship with the residents.
Provide evening meals and week-end brunches to the 23 resident families and/or 32 single adults. Offer special events such as special holiday parties or outings to the zoo, park, or children’s museum. Good opportunity for groups to offer a meal and activities to allow a parents’ night out.
